2022 Volkswagen Atlas towing capacity

2022 Atlas with the factory towing package: up to 5,000 lbs. Atlas without the package is not a 5,000-lb truck because someone bolted a hitch on. Cross Sport of the same year follows the same idea — confirm the door sticker and the build.

Tongue weight, brakes on the trailer, and 508/502 oil on a severe interval all matter more than a forum number. If you’re shopping a used 2022, we’ll look at the options list.
